Absolutely exceptional service from start to finish! I had a persistent shower leak that no one else seemed to fully resolve, but they came in, identified the problem right away, and fixed it with total confidence. They also replaced the shower fixture, and the difference is incredible—everything looks brand new and works perfectly. The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how it would be repaired. They protected the work area, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing work, I can’t recommend them enough. Truly a 5-star experience!

Super heroes DO EXISTA couple of months ago my water heater broke, I spent days calling everywhere, even the manufacture and it was one disappointment after another, not even the manufacture was able to help me to get a new tank or gave me options to resolve my problem. THANK GOD I called Reborn Mechanical, Rich went above and beyond, he was extremely quick to my inquiry, ran to my house the same day I called and immediately came up with a solution, in 2 days I had a new water heater installed when all millions of places I called previously gave me between 3-6 months to "possibly" resolve my issue.I HIGHLY recommend REBORN MECHANICAL and RICH'S SERVICES. We worked with Richie and his team at Reborn to replace our air conditioning and heating as well as our hot water heater. They were creative in their solutions and helped design the best system for our slightly wonky home. They also provided a financing solution for us which was helpful. I waited a few months before providing a review to be sure everything worked as expected. Richie has been super responsive to any questions I've had after the fact and a delight to work with. Very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend to others.

These guys are TOTALLY AWESOME! They showed up on time. They house is a challenging one. They worked with me to get the best units at the best price. They worked to get me rebates when other contractors told me I didn't qualify. They stuck to their estimate - no hidden "add ons" or upcharges. I cannot recommend Rich and his crew highly enough.
